
One of my clients started to look in Property at Noida and was entirely confused whether to opt for ready to move in property with a flexible budget of Approx 60 lakh. His main worry was that we was shelling out Rs 25000 per month on rent and cannot wait to next 3 years by paying emi and along with paying the rent of home.
