Ready to Move in at Central Noida Vs new Launch at Noida Extension



One of my clients started to look in Property at Noida and was entirely confused whether to opt for ready to move in property with a flexible budget of Approx 60 lakh. His main worry was that we was shelling out Rs 25000 per month on rent and cannot wait to next 3 years by paying emi and along with paying the rent of home.

The choice was obvious, a ready to move in Home. But when he started  to hunt for it he actually find that he was getting a area of approx 1200 SQFT in this range and that too with a average developer at Central Noida. The price at central Noida was looking to escalated and a smaller room was not fitting in with their requirement.

So what was the choice? There comes at Noida…Shell out 9 lakhs(25000/month rent) for next 3 Years and book a bigger home approx 1660 sqft at Saya Zion which is one of the most luxurious property being developed in Noida extension.
So this may cost him addition 9 lakh then compared to other but it will fulfill the requirement for a bigger house with much reputed developer.
